The University has a shared responsibility to make information and communication technology accessible. To support the UConn community in this obligation, we have developed accessibility training which are intended to enhance knowledge and skills of University employees and organizations in the use of accessible technology. We encourage all employees who engage in web development and design, content stewardship, and/or procuring goods and services to become familiar with this training material. There are opportunities for self-paced learning as well as instructor-led workshops. The instructor-led workshops include: Accessible Colors, Images, Word Documents, PowerPoint Presentations, PDFs, and Websites, as well as the tools available such as Siteimprove and Blackboard Ally.
